Pastor Víctor B. García started his ministry at Guatemala in 1977. In 1987, he founded New Path Church in Miami, Florida, a metropolitan area with more than 60 percent of a Hispanic population. Shortly after the church in Miami initiated, we met Pastor García through the pastoral conference in Montville, New Jersey; from there we have enjoyed a growing communion and friendship with him.
